Irina was a real star during my stay. She helped with my reservations, gave me great local recommendations, and greeted me with a smile each day. Her kindness and genuine care made me feel right at home. The whole staff was incredible, always going above and beyond and making me feel like the most important guest there. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and professional. The hotel is beautifully designed, spotless, and has all the amenities I could need. It made for an incredible, unforgettable stay. Thanks to the whole team for such an outstanding experience. I can't wait to come back and enjoy your hospitality again.

There’s a nearby mall where you can find the amenities you need, and the hotel itself is large. It’s also well away from the city center and feels quite isolated. For the price, I did miss having a kitchen in the room.

We loved the breakfast choices, and the room was simple, cozy, and clean. A pretty solid first day and night in Germany for us! (May 2024)
10/10
The bed pillow was my one complaint. It was quite lumpy and uncomfortable after two nights. Otherwise, all good. The rooms still feel new, and they're spotless and quiet, with windows that open wide for fresh air. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was surprisingly good quality for this kind of hotel.
10/10
Irina at reception was easily the hotel's greatest asset. We were absolutely knackered, and she let us check in much earlier, looked after us, and answered all our questions. She made our stay a wonderful experience. The hotel is very decent, with clean rooms and basic facilities, though it's far from the nearest S-bahn station and the city centre.
