Feringapark Hotel by Coffee Fellows Hotels

We stayed for 4 days and had 0 complaints. We came to Munich for a Bayern match, and getting to the Allianz Arena was quick and easy: a 10 min bus ride to the Studentenstadt subway station, then a 5 min UBahn ride to Frottmanning (Allianz Arena). Marienplatz is the other way on the same line, a 10 min UBahn ride. We got lucky with a renovated room, and it was really good value for the money, clean and tidy, with a pleasant aroma. Self-service check-in was super easy.

The good thing is that public transportation is nearby, but the location itself isn't great. The rooms need refurbishing, and breakfast is good but doesn't have much variety. Self check-in and checkout are a pain, especially on a business trip. The receptionist wasn't very helpful unless you were a woman 😐

The room's hard floor felt clean, and the mattresses and pillows were comfortable, though I found the twin beds a bit narrow. The rooms are nice and clean, but sparse. I didn't see any USB plugs by the bed or anywhere else in the room. I also didn't like the coat hanger hooks attached to metal clasps on the rod. I don't think people will steal the hangers! The sink didn't drain properly. The location was too far from the airport for me and not near enough to the city. It was a good stay, but not amazing in any way.

There's a cafe bar downstairs for relaxing, and basement parking costs 15£ per day. The hotel has self check-in, but you can also ask the friendly staff to help.
