The rooms were sparkling clean, and the bread at breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. We also loved the views from the balcony and the lovely spot, with great walks nearby. The host was happy to do anything to help. It was already getting a bit warm in June, so a fan or air conditioning for summer would be a good addition. Great job, Stan/Robert.

On our second visit, the rooms were still a comfortable size, even for a family of four, and the place felt just as cozy as before. It’s a quiet little guesthouse with a very helpful, accommodating owner. The price feels fair for what you get, and I can recommend it without hesitation. A full five stars.

I travel a lot for work and have stayed in plenty of restaurants. For value for money, Stans is one of the very few that deserves six stars. Everything was clean and tidy, and Mr. Böhmisch was really courteous and friendly. I’d happily recommend this restaurant without hesitation! Best regards, AB

You can head straight out for a hike or bike ride, and the Donausteig trail passes right by the house. The host is friendly and has useful tips for excursions nearby. We felt at home as soon as we arrived, the place is incredibly cozy. Breakfast was delicious, generous, and served with care, so be sure to book it when you arrive. The rooms have Smart TVs connected to the internet, with Prime, Netflix, and YouTube, so you can pick up your favorite series with your own login. Wi-Fi is available too. We’d love to come back.

The location is great for hiking in the Danube Valley or the Bavarian Forest. I stayed one night at Stans2b, and the room was very tidy and clean. Robert, the owner, was extremely accommodating and always ready to help. Thanks for a wonderful stay, and all the best. Best regards, Jakob
