The Kaminstube is known for its cosy feel, good food and attentive service, even well beyond the Usingen area. It's not the place to pick if you're after a fancy, upscale hotel. Rooms, bathrooms and the stairwell are all tidy and clean, and breakfast has lots to choose from, including delicious homemade bread and a nice selection of rolls. The holiday breakfast brunches are a real treat. Guests are always greeted and looked after in a friendly, attentive way. The owner personally keeps an eye on everything and makes sure guests are comfortable. Prices are affordable, and the hotel is a great choice. Guests can also enjoy the owner's excellent cooking, which shouldn't be underestimated. Highly recommended.

The owner's friendly manner and the lovely chats we had made our stay especially pleasant. We spent four nights at the Kaminstube during the Laurentius Market and slept incredibly well, the bed was just right. Breakfast was delicious, with a good selection, and scrambled or fried eggs were available if requested. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We'll definitely return for the next fair.

We've stayed here often and always enjoy it. The service is so friendly, the rooms are bright, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. There's a varied, tasty breakfast, with egg dishes freshly made to order every time.
