The room was just right, and check-in was easy. We also appreciated the view and the little extras. When we brought up a couple of issues, the staff handled them brilliantly and kept their sense of humor. Breakfast staff were attentive, and we were happy with the service throughout. The location is convenient, and we'd definitely stay here again.

The staff were very nice, but the stay fell short of the usual Best Western standard I expect for what I paid. Our room was very hot, and the fan they gave us barely made a difference. I hadn't expected there to be no air conditioning, though I should have checked. There was no minibar either, which I thought the listing included. I won't be back.

We only stayed one night, but had a great time. The room was very large, tastefully decorated, and cozy, and breakfast had plenty of fresh food to choose from. It was excellent value for money. A good spot if you're passing through on the motorway or want to explore this part of Germany.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable chair, though two would make more sense for two guests. The mattresses were hard, and there was only a small window, with no minibar or air conditioning. Several facilities weren't available, including the sauna and steam bath, which were out of order. Guests also couldn't play the 3D midget golf with their children, apparently only the Chef could. The half-board meals were lukewarm and poor quality, with cheap, prefab ingredients. Complaints to staff or reception weren't taken into account. A very poor experience. I'd book somewhere else in the area.
