What a warm welcome from the staff while we were touring Europe for concerts. That kind of hospitality really makes a difference. We also had a gorgeous view from the room, and the wellness centre and pool were great. Breakfast was lovely too. The setting is idyllic, and I'd recommend it.

The breakfast was the one part that disappointed my parents. They paid for it for one day, but found the choices very limited. The rest of our stay was great: the hotel is modern, the staff are polite and friendly, and the blackout curtains and metallic rolls in our room helped us sleep really well. We also had two rooms next to each other, joined by a door, which was super convenient for travelling with my parents.

We had a nice stay, travelling as one adult with a two-year-old. The hotel was clean and the receptionists were friendly. Breakfast wasn't very child-friendly, and the kids' menu was quite limited. Pancakes would have been a good option for children instead of just pastries. I'd still recommend the hotel.

The main reason we chose this hotel was the public indoor pool right next door. Its warm brine bath is included in the hotel fee, which is great. It's also well suited to families with young children: you can request things like a changing pad, bottle warmer, or even a forgotten nappy. Service was okay, and the meals were decent too.

The restaurant meals were decent, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, though there isn't a minibar. The precise menu details and choice can vary a little. I haven't tried the swimming pool yet.
