There's a deer enclosure behind the house, and we ended our stay with a fantastic breakfast. This is a lovely little guesthouse with wonderful, friendly owners. The ceiling is quite high for anyone over 1.90m 😉

The guesthouse has a cozy, child-friendly front area, and breakfast is generous and lovingly put together. There's also a small coffee bar in the room. It's family-run, around a 15-minute drive from Schluchtsee and about 30 minutes from Wutachschlucht Gorge.

The woman who looked after me was incredibly kind and even let me iron my clothes in the private ironing room. My room, toilet, and bathroom were spotless and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. An excellent host and a hotel I'd gladly recommend.

The breakfast was beautifully laid out and delicious, right down to a perfectly cooked 3-minute egg. We slept very well at this charming, cozy inn. Thanks for such a lovely stay, we'd be happy to come back.

Mrs. Priska takes such care setting the table, and she serves a hearty breakfast. The guesthouse is family-run, with decor that's a little dated but quaint. Recommended as a base for trips to the Black Forest.
