The menu mixes typical German fare with some Greek and Italian dishes, and there always seemed to be an outdoor table free. Service was friendly every time, with a great view of the Rhine in this quiet town. They take cash only, and the nearest cash machine is a 5-7 minute walk through a beautiful town.

The coffee from the machine was the best part. Breakfast was packaged cold cuts and cheese, and the rooms were very basic. The mattresses weren’t comfortable, and there was only one power outlet for two people. I wouldn’t stay again. There was no bill 😔.

The service was very friendly and the food delicious, but it was quite cold inside. The heating has apparently been broken for a while, and you can feel a draft.

We left hungry after paying almost €80 for two people. The portions were extremely small, barely bigger than children’s servings and nowhere near filling. The food tasted okay, but nothing special, and we’ve had much better Greek meals. The price seems to reflect the location more than the food’s quality or quantity. We were very disappointed and can’t recommend the restaurant.
