The parking was convenient, and the breakfast at the restaurant was a real highlight. We’ve stayed here several times and keep coming back, especially because it’s so close to Heide Park.

They made my daughter’s birthday breakfast feel really special. We’d asked if we could bring our own cake, and that was no problem. The staff had set up a decorated “happy birthday” table and brought out a sweet with a candle so we could sing to her. Such warm, thoughtful service.

Breakfast was good, with a little bit of everything. The room, though, was far too small for two adults and our kids, who were 10 and 16. We could barely move around. Charging seven euros for parking feels like robbery when there’s free parking across the road.

The fire alarm turned out to be false, but while we were standing outside late in the evening, nobody told us what was happening. Guests need more communication in a situation like that. The room was clean, and the service was generally very nice and helpful. The restaurant staff especially did their best to make us feel at home. I also appreciated how the breakfast buffet was handled. It worked pretty well given the restrictions the hotel team is dealing with.

We had a great weekend, and everyone enjoyed it. I arranged the trip for 26 people, with Serengeti Park and Heide Park on the itinerary. The hotel was ideally placed between them, and getting to either was easy. Breakfast was fantastic, and the customer service was brilliant throughout the planning. My one change would be to get rid of the carpets, especially in the rooms.
