The owner and staff are both friendly and professional. I’ve stayed at three hotels in Walsrode, and this one is my favorite. It has the history and spirit of a real German hotel. If you’re after a taste of that hospitality and history instead of a high-tech stay, this is the place.

I had a really nice stay. The room was clean, and the bathroom looked new. It’s a cozy, traditional hotel, and the owner was friendly, helpful, and very attentive 🥰

I couldn’t sleep because the old pipes were so noisy with water running through them. Sadly, the room also smelled of cigarettes.
