Villa Vivaldi turned out to be a real find for us. It was tastefully and modernly furnished, had plenty of equipment, and the service was excellent. There are three TVs and access to the terrace.

The apartment is modern, but there's no Wi-Fi, and the smart TV is only 720p. You're not really meant to watch TV on holiday, but when the weather is bad, there isn't much else to do on the island.
