Ferienhaus am Mühlenberg - [#86765]

A cozy, lovely holiday home with plenty of room for several families. The main issues for us were the weak Wi-Fi inside and the shower water, whose temperature and flow kept changing.

The house itself is great, with private bathrooms for each room, plus a large shared room and kitchen that make it easy to spend time together. It's also close to the old town, and the surroundings are lovely for walking and cycling. But the landlord's behavior left a bad impression. We called him personally several times and asked about bringing our small dog. He explicitly said it was allowed. A reputable booking platform also listed pets as permitted, which was the reason we found the apartment at all. The landlord saw the dog there and didn't say anything. After our vacation, though, we were told to pay an enormous contractual penalty because the dog supposedly hadn't been registered. We were also told pets weren't allowed after all, because the property had supposedly been recently renovated. Another booking platform lists a 2018 renovation, and a 2020 comment says up to 3 dogs were allowed. Great apartment, inside and out, but a rude landlord.

A very well equipped apartment with its own balcony, suitable for 2 to 4 people. It's right by Tiefwarensee and close to both the harbor and the center. Highly recommended!

For a group looking to have a great party, this place is a strong choice. It's got what you need and is really close to the city center.
