Baltic Chalet 3

The kids slept wonderfully, and they were thrilled by the huge TV with Netflix. I was just as happy with the beds. Even getting our things down to the beach was easy, thanks to the handcart provided. The natural beach nearby was ideal, with lots for children to explore, and the owner was always reachable. At night, though, the harvest crews driving around were a bit of a nuisance. Still, the children slept well. We stayed as three generations, so the big garden full of trees was a real plus for the children. Being able to pick and use the fruit and vegetables, especially fresh tomatoes and cucumbers from the greenhouse, is what earned the fifth star from me. Inside, the house is lovely and practically equipped for up to eight people. The dishwasher and washing machine made vacation life much easier, especially with kids. A few things seemed to have been damaged by earlier guests: the shaving mirror was broken, the hairdryer had a loose connection, perhaps it had been dropped, and the cupboard door was nearly torn off and only stayed shut because of its magnet. These weren't major problems, though, and can be fixed if they're reported. The children enjoyed the stay, and so did we. Highly recommended!
