There’s a lovely walk around the lake, and the breakfast choices are excellent. I should also say the owners were wonderful hosts.

Julia and Florian made the stay feel personal with their friendly, supportive hospitality. They took time to explain the hotel services and suggest places to see nearby, and their care for guests really stood out. From arrival, Sopherl am See Hotel felt warm and special. The peaceful atmosphere, lovely surroundings, and attention to detail made the visit memorable. I’d gladly return and recommend Sopherl am See to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway with high-quality service.

The rooms are beautiful, with a lake view, and the surroundings are peaceful. I had a relaxing stay, though there aren’t many restaurants nearby.

The staff were warm and friendly, and happy to help with anything during our stay. The location is beautiful with lake views, and both the food and rooms were great.

We arrived by bike in heavy rain, and Florian kindly put our shoes in the furnace room to dry. Florian and Julia were wonderful hosts. The room was comfortable and the setting beautiful. Highly recommended.
