The terrace has such a lovely view, and my dogs were made very welcome. The apartment is modern and comfortable, so it felt like home straight away. I’d happily come back.

This place really isn’t dog-friendly. Before I’d even arrived, I was told dogs weren’t really welcome because they might make a mess. Why offer the accommodation to people with dogs, then? Ridiculous!!!

The landlord asked me to show proof of a 3G test, despite Lower Saxony’s Corona regulations not requiring one. The other local businesses, including restaurants, did follow the regulations. The landlord giving himself a 5-star rating also seems strange.

There are lots of places to visit from here, including the Dollar, Leer, Emden, and Meyer Werft. We also loved relaxing and chatting late on the terrace by the water. The apartment is cozy and thoughtfully furnished, with everything you need, including a washing machine, dryer, and iron. We’d gladly return.

Our dog was warmly welcomed, and we loved this charming holiday apartment right on the water. It’s also very beautiful and has great amenities.
