The owners were so helpful, first while we arranged the booking and later arrival, then again when the weather delayed us and we ended up arriving later still. You don't often get that kind of friendliness. I was really impressed by the room. It was spotless, with a comfortable double bed, warm blankets, a table and two chairs, a good-sized TV, and a lovely bathroom with a big shower. Some four-star hotels would struggle to match it. I also liked that they skipped the dust-catching plastic flowers and other pointless decor. There’s a kitchen space downstairs with coffee and drinks machines, water, and a cooktop. Breakfast isn't included, but there's a nice little bakery two doors away. This Pension is a great place to stay.

For the price, the facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and comfortable. The welcome was really friendly too. It was exceptionally hot during my stay, so air conditioning would've been a nice addition, but otherwise I was very happy with it.

There are restaurants and a bakery just a stone's throw away, and both serve great food. The place itself is a lovely spot to sit outside and unwind, with spacious rooms and very hospitable, friendly owners. It's a hidden gem about 10 minutes from busy Augsburg. I'd recommend it and would stay again.
