The staff treat us like family here. Great service and comfortable rooms.

Nice place, but the front desk staff were rude and unfriendly. I was here on a business trip and didn't care much about the rooms, but they couldn't help when I asked twice for my invoice. From check-in through departure, they were never friendly or helpful. Whoever was on duty at the desk on 9 April 2025, God bless her soul. She knows her job, unlike whoever was there on 7 April 2025 at 2:30 pm. That person should go back to school and learn not to be rude and unfriendly.

The location is ideal, near both the main shopping district and the old town, and the hotel has a lot of potential to become Weiden's “it spot.” The building and rooms need extensive renovation, though. Everything was spotless, and the room had what I needed. I was disappointed that the front desk couldn't put my local address on the final bill, even though I asked at check-in. When I emailed, they replied that their system doesn't allow individual billing. That seems like something to improve, since proper electronic billing matters for business travelers today. The breakfast buffet was adequate, and outdoor parking on site was reasonably priced.

Our reserved room with two beds had been given away, so we ended up with one bed. It was comfortable, but felt crowded. The hotel is clean and spacious, though the lobby and hallways smelled of cigarettes and sweat, like an old bowling alley. I'd stay here if there were no other options, but I'd look elsewhere first.
