We slept really well in the beds, and even with the windows open, street noise didn’t disturb us. We booked the "Liszt" apartment for 5 people and a dog for 2 nights. It’s very clean and tidy, as is the surrounding area, and the rooms have a pleasant layout. The apartment is well equipped and furnished, with a fantastic view of Weimar from the roof terrace. It’s centrally located, so everything is quick and easy to reach on foot, and there’s also a bus stop and shop nearby. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating, and answered our questions very quickly. Great value for money, and we can highly recommend it.

I keep coming back, and I’m convinced it’s worth returning. Everything is just right, and the reception staff promptly take care of any requests, concerns, or questions.

We got a very warm welcome, and arriving late was no problem at all. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition, with everything we needed, from bed linen and towels to dish soap and dishwasher tablets. The rooftop terrace was open to us, and the view over Weimar’s rooftops was beautiful. We stayed in the "Mendelssohn" apartment for a weekend, and it suited our family of four, two adults and two children, perfectly. It’s centrally located, and guests can use the historic elevator. Next time we’d love to stay longer! :)

The working elevator from the Wilhelminian era was truly lovely, as was the rooftop terrace, which put me in mind of Mary Poppins. It must be even more charming in summer, though it was below freezing when we visited. Our stay came about because the hotel we’d booked closed at short notice due to the pandemic and canceled our reservation. The apartment was attractively renovated, with classic Ikea furniture tastefully arranged, plus a record player and lots of old classical music vinyl. It sits above the rooftops of Weimar and the old central bank.
