Restaurant Rappenhof has a stunning terrace view over the nearby vineyard, and it’s a lovely place for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The children were happy playing at the nearby playground while we ate. Service was friendly and attentive, the prices felt fair for the quality and setting, and there was a nice meal to enjoy with the view.

We visited the restaurant at the weekend and wouldn’t have got a table without a reservation. It was packed and noisy, though the service was still fast and attentive. The food took over an hour, and it came out so unevenly that one person had finished before the last dish reached the table. Some items were supposedly already gone, so we got different sides from the ones listed on the menu. The food was alright but salty. They offered to replace it, but we didn’t want to wait again, so they gave us the espresso for free.

The salads were delicious, and there was a nice choice of drinks and meats. It’s a beautiful restaurant and hotel in a great location, with a relaxed feel.

The peaceful vineyard scenery was really fresh and lovely. I had a great time relaxing there with my family, and a wedding ceremony for some close friends was held at this place. The German traditional event left me with great memories.
