The self check-in was hassle-free and well explained, and the location is convenient. The room was small, the heating wasn’t on despite it being 5 degrees outside, and the pillow and mattress felt horribly cheap. The shower hanger didn’t work either. At breakfast, a lady sat at reception right beside the buffet and didn’t greet me or even look up. I said hello and waited ten minutes for coffee, but nothing happened. When I finally went into the kitchen to get a cup myself, she immediately came over to warn me I wasn’t allowed to serve myself. The breakfast buffet was scanty too. If this is how they run their hospitality business, should we be surprised when businesses like this go bankrupt?

Everything else at the hotel was good and reasonable, which makes it such a shame. I came for one reason, to sleep, and couldn’t do that because the mattresses were so hard. I’ve slept in $10-hostels with better ones. Even the ground was more comfortable. The worst mattresses in the world.

Very clean and great for a short visit. The bed is actually two tiny beds put together, I’d say 80cm wide each, which wasn’t ideal for me. Still, I’d recommend it.

Our room was small but very nice. The soundproofing wasn’t the best in the world, but the restaurant also serves great food.
