The pillows weren't good, and there was no service, though that was fine. The location works perfectly when the Italian restaurant is open. Otherwise, it's McDonald's.

We went to Hamelin during our stay, about half an hour away by car. The hotel itself was peaceful and tucked away, with a large, pleasant room and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast had a decent range to choose from.

Really helpful service, and breakfast was good too!

The receptionists are arrogant. They argue with guests and try to talk over them. The toilet smells musty, too. Those receptionists should be cleaning rooms, while the guy who cleans the rooms should be at reception. Sadly, management can't see that.

The nicest part was the man who cleaned the rooms. He was incredibly kind. We left early, and I can't recommend the hotel. The shower was awful: mold on both the shower and hose, a tiny shower head, and water pressure that was a joke. There was just one towel rail for two people. The carpet is a matter of taste, but it didn't seem hygienic. They said we'd been given a free upgrade, though it felt more like a downgrade. I'm incredibly disappointed.
