The best hotel.

6/10
A big exception was Christian Florian from the service team. He was fantastic, and the others could learn from him. The hotel's website gives a better impression than the place itself. Service was limited, and the staff seemed only half-heartedly helpful and a bit unfriendly. They didn't really speak German either. We stayed once, but won't be back. 👎🏼

We could hear every word from the other guests, and breakfast was a mess. Even though the hotel was fully booked, there wasn't enough food for everyone. During our stay at Pentecost 2026, construction was going on all over the hotel, and the scaffolding work kept waking us up. The hotel itself is okay.

The food was all very good and delicious, and we were happy with our stay. Friendly service and a good location too. Ciao Sylt.

Scaffolding everywhere, lots of construction noise, and unfriendly staff. A very bad hotel, wouldn't recommend it.
