We really enjoyed our stay and would come back. The rooms have an early 90s look, but they're spotless, and the service is outstanding. The restaurant food was amazing too. I'd recommend booking a room with breakfast included. Thanks.

We booked two rooms with breakfast, and reception confirmed that when we checked in. The next day the owner told us we weren't getting breakfast, with no coffee or anything. There was no hospitality at all. At dinner we waited 45 minutes for our food. We won't be back.

The house is 500 years old, though the inside is up to a good standard. The free Wi-Fi worked fine, and the room, bar, breakfast, and check-in and check-out were all great. I was lucky to find a low-budget room while other hotels had doubled their rates because of an exhibition somewhere. Thanks for the hospitality, I'll come back.

The staff were polite and the hotel is nice apart from the noise. A party downstairs kept me awake until 1 a.m. Why didn't they put me on the next floor?
