The bar was good, though it closed at 10pm, and breakfast was good too. The hotel was new and clean, the staff polite and spoke good English, and the underground parking was useful. The shower kept switching between hot and cold. Also, there was a really bad rotten egg smell around reception, maybe the drains needed checking. Be careful about leaving things in the room: someone had been in ours and moved things during our stay. It wasn’t the turndown service, because the bedding and towels hadn’t been changed or moved.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with everything I could want and more, and the value was great. The staff work hard and are very helpful. It’s close to my work and under a ten-minute walk from the old city.

Cozy, clean rooms, and a really good breakfast selection.

The hotel’s central, so the old city and the mall are both an easy walk away. The rooms were clean, and the terrace was a lovely place for a drink. With the river running nearby, the atmosphere felt relaxing. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help.

The beds were comfortable, and my clean room had everything, including tea and coffee facilities. I was glad to have underground parking, too. Breakfast was nice, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is close to the centre and the Altstadt.
