The room stayed cold because the heater was broken. I reported it, but they didn’t fix it. One window had no curtains, so streetlights made the room bright at night.

I slept like a baby in that bed, and the room was just perfect. The team were incredibly friendly, and I mean that sincerely. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The toilets weren’t clean, and the bathroom door wouldn’t lock. I also booked and paid for breakfast, but there wasn’t any. On top of that, despite having a guaranteed booking with my credit card, I had to pay cash and run back to the bank. If I’d canceled, they would have charged that same card, seriously? Absolutely not recommended!

It was just a one-night stay. My mechanic said the heating wasn’t working. I’d ordered and paid for breakfast, but none was provided. Management thought it was listed, but also confirmed that the mechanics hadn’t provided breakfast. It’s odd to order and pay for something, then only take advantage of it if it happens to be available. The staff were friendly, but unfortunately this hotel is no longer an option for us.
