The place has the feel of a charming old German house, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When we arrived, our keys with our names on them were waiting by the entrance door. There was also a 24-hour dining room stocked with drinks, snacks, and salads. We could take what we wanted and write it down. We had an incredible stay!

Abby at reception was extremely nice and helpful. We spent 2 nights in mid May 2023 in this beautiful, secluded manor house, with a garden at the back. Our room was very clean and tastefully furnished, as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was included, and we expected something more like a continental breakfast, but there was a huge range of food to choose from, much of it homemade. They also gave each person a free coffee and cake. We’ll most likely come back when we’re on Rügen again.

The hotel is great, and the workers are even better. Marlen is the best.

We were in a vacation apartment rather than the hotel, so we can’t comment on the service. The apartment itself was great and very clean, and the grounds are fantastic. The hotel seems to be closed for winter break, but the property is still very well maintained.

The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we communicated with them. The apartment was very clean and perfectly adequate, and we had a fantastic holiday. We’ll definitely come back.
