Hotel Bayerischer Hof

The hotel itself is good: quiet, comfortable, cozy, clean, and homely. I'd especially recommend it to motorcyclists, since there are secure garages for the bikes. My issue was with the service. The boss needs to be more open to other cultures and understand that guests may come from outside Bavaria, such as a French person living in Poland or a Pole living wherever they choose. Once that's understood, it'll be five stars. Still, it's a hotel worth recommending.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, and breakfast was included, served right away, with a decent choice. It's affordable, has a lovely welcome and a great atmosphere, what the Danish call "hygge." I'd recommend it to other travelers and will happily come back myself. 😁

I stayed for two weeks. The hotel was okay, but I had to ask on several days about having my room cleaned. They only moved the pillow and blanket and didn't do anything else. Breakfast was ordinary. I've had better buffet choices elsewhere, and for cheaper. It might work well for a night or two. The staff seemed really angry, and I don't know why 🙈.

The waitress was friendly, and the Wienerschnitzel was pretty good. The hotel and restaurant feel much like a typical Bavarian guesthouse. A double room with breakfast for two starts at 57€/night.
