The staff were so helpful and understanding, which made a big difference with energetic kids and jet lag. Breakfast was delightful, and they have secured on-site parking, though spaces are limited, so call ahead to check. It’s central and within walking distance of the train station, bus stops, and some niche cafes and eateries. The nearby playground was great for our small children. I’ve been to Wiesbaden many times, and honestly, this was hands down the best accommodation we’ve had. Highly recommend!

Non-smokers, be aware: even though this is a non-smoking hotel, other guests seemed to think it was fine to smoke. There are no phones in the rooms to contact reception, and late at night there’s no one in person at the front desk to report it to. If you need a good night’s rest and are sensitive to cigarette smoke, I recommend spending a little extra and staying somewhere else.

The location is convenient and the staff were friendly. Rooms are modern and clean, with everything you need except Wi-Fi, which only worked now and then during my stay. There was no lift either. I’d say it was okay, maybe a little overpriced, though still good value.

Breakfast was great. The downside is that some rooms are really, really poor. If your bed is worn out, ask to move to another room.

The staff were lovely and welcoming, and I really enjoyed breakfast here. It’s easy to walk to the Wiesbaden station and the wonderful city center. Hotel aurora is a lovely place, and I’d happily try it again.
