10/10
The price was good, so I wasn’t expecting rooms this nice. The hotel surprised me and could easily compete with much more expensive places. Staff were extremely friendly, and my room was very clean and spacious, with a lovely bathroom. It’s centrally located, with a great Thai place across the street and a wonderful bakery 5m from the hotel. I left my cosmetic bag behind, and they got in touch to arrange shipping it to me. Really amazing service!

Great location, helpful staff, and a clean, nice room, but I’d give the hotel 3.5*. Passing buses made terrible street noise, and the lamps in the room shook whenever they went by. I couldn’t open the windows at night because of it, but there was no ventilation either. The rooms need A/C. I don’t know how guests manage in summer. I stayed in September.

6/10
The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast had a small but tasty range of cheeses, breads, sausages, and other things. The hotel is well located, but it definitely needs refurbishment. Rooms are quite small and only somewhat clean, and the walls felt very cold. My overall impression was moderate. For this price, there are better options, though it should be fine for one night.

The hosts were very friendly, and the hotel was clean. Some might find it austere, but during the ongoing pandemic I was more concerned about hygiene than breakfast buffets. The location in Wiesbaden is hard to beat if you want to be steps from pedestrian squares and all kinds of shops, cafés, and restaurants.

The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff were very polite and friendly. It’s ideally located in the heart of Wiesbaden, with comfortable, clean, beautiful rooms. A wonderful hotel. I definitely recommend it to anyone who values comfort. 10 out of 10 👍🏻
