The staff were so warm and caring, and the rooms felt cozy. After a delicious breakfast, they even offered coffee or water to take with us. That kind of service really stood out!

The three of us had a lovely three-night stay, from 3-6 Jan 2017, at Beans-Parc Hotel Jade. It felt very family friendly, and our family room had plenty of space. The bathroom was small, but having a bathtub made everyone happy, especially for a hot soak in winter. The older woman serving breakfast was incredibly friendly. We also got coffee and tea vouchers for the nearby Beans-Parc Coffee shop in the pedestrian area on Marktstraße, close to Nordsee Passage. Both Marktstraße and Nordsee Passage, where Wilhelmshaven Hbf is, are about a 10-minute walk away.

I want to apologize for the mix-up the other day. I meant to give 5 stars, but accidentally left 3. We always get such kind, polite attention here during the steer art festival, and the hotel is comfortable and clean. I've stayed here for 4 years and can't imagine choosing another place in Wilhelmshaven. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The price was fair, and the breakfast and service were both very good. The rooms were clean and cozy, with really comfortable beds. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Germany.

There are places to park and store your bike, and breakfast was excellent, with the option to put together a lunch packet. The service was lovely too. A great place to stay.
