City Hostel

A few minutes' walk takes you to the city center, and the rooms were clean, fairly priced, and just as described. The hosts were very friendly and breakfast was prepared with care. We'd love to return after our short trip to Wilhelmshaven.

The courtyard was a lovely place to sit in the evening, especially in the beach chair. The hostel is very central, with the city center under 10 minutes away on foot, though the immediate area of Wilhelmshaven is less charming and takes a little getting used to. There’s no parking at the hostel itself, but street parking is available nearby. Inside, the rooms are small but well laid out, very clean, and have a nice maritime feel. Breakfast costs €10 per person per day and is worth it for the variety. A really personal, lovely place. Two thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻

Breakfast was unbeatable for the price, and there was plenty to pack for lunch. They even supplied sandwich bags! 😉 The breakfast room was charming too, like the rooms. We stayed one night while on a cycling trip. The contact beforehand was very friendly, and check-in was easy since all the information had been sent by text in advance. Thanks for such warm, wonderful service!

The hotel manager shared useful tips for our onward journey over breakfast. The breakfast itself was first class, with lots of delicacies and a basket full of different rolls. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the location was good, and there was plenty of parking. I’d highly recommend this hotel.
