Willinger Mitte

The room was huge, clean, and peaceful, and I really enjoyed the food. What made the stay special, though, was how welcome everyone made me feel. Lotti offered to carry my bags as soon as I arrived, and later Uwe, the owner, brought my meal himself. We got chatting in an easy, relaxed way. The other women on staff were just as kind and helpful. It felt like visiting friends, not checking into a hotel. Parking seemed a little awkward at first, but I found a space less than 50 meters away. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, which was fine with me. It was my first stay, just one night, and I'll definitely return. I've never had such a warm welcome from hotel staff, including Uwe. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Our room was comfortable and spotless, breakfast was generous and lovingly served, and the location was excellent. What stood out most was the personal care from Lotti and Uwe. We were welcomed in person and went straight to the Kupferkanne restaurant, where the service gave our long weekend a great start. The whole experience felt more like a visit with friends than a hotel stay, and it's unlike anything we've had at a hotel chain. We received this two-day break in the center of Willingen as a gift, and it turned out to be incredibly lucky. Service and guest comfort clearly matter here. We'll gladly return and recommend the hotel and staff. Best wishes from the Ruhr area ;)

The bathroom was great, and the rooms were fine. Breakfast was excellent, too. Uwe made check-in easy and gave our group of four a friendly welcome when we stayed over New Year's 2025/2026. Thanks to Lotti for such lovely service. Best wishes from Oer-Erkenschwick.

The evenings at the Kupferkanne pub were a lot of fun, thanks to its cozy feel and friendly service. The beer does cost more than at other places, but that's clear from the menu, and the atmosphere and service more than make up for it. We stayed two nights, enjoyed ourselves, and found the welcome relaxed and friendly. Our room was spacious and very clean. We'll be back. Thanks to U. and L.
