Ferienwohnung Kordes

The location worked well for us, with the shopping street just a few minutes away on foot. We spent four relaxing days in the Kordes family’s holiday apartment and would happily return. They greeted us warmly with fresh, tasty eggs, and we had a friendly little chat and got a few tips for trips nearby. The place was clean and tastefully furnished, and it felt like a home rather than one of those thrown-together holiday rentals. It was very well equipped too. The only thing missing was a dishwasher; there was everything else, from a coffee machine, microwave, toaster and egg cooker to Tupperware.

It’s a quiet spot, with the bus stop nearby, and there’s a lovely, well-kept garden with play equipment for children. The house was super neat, the bed very good, and everything we needed was there. The host was very friendly and gave us eggs too. Simply highly recommended.

Winterberg town center is only an eight-minute walk away, and you can use the garden in summer. We felt very comfortable and slept really well in this lovely, clean apartment. The landlords were friendly and gave us good ideas for things to do in the area. We’ll definitely come back.

I’ve stayed here three times now, and I don’t think you’ll find a happier place in Winterberg. It’s just perfect for a short break. The furnishings are lovely, they’ve added to them, and the garden is beautifully kept. The outdoor space is really attractive, the people are friendly, and it’s a wonderful place for a holiday. We’d love to return! Amazing!
