The manager was incredibly accommodating and friendly. She showed us several other rooms that we were welcome to use, but we stayed only one night and couldn't make much use of them. In room number 4, the bed was very comfortable, the bedding incredibly soft, and the bed could be adjusted electrically. It had its own shower, and the manager carefully explained everything and told us about things to do nearby. For €65, we had everything we needed. I can only recommend it.

The owners were friendly, easy to talk to, and helpful, and we all felt at home. There was a lovely children's room as well as plenty of rooms with extra-large double beds for our group of 6 adults and 6 children over New Year's Eve. The location worked perfectly: the toboggan run and ski slope, with lots of winter sports options, were walkable, as were restaurants, bars, and a bakery. Winterberg was a 5-10 minute drive away. We'd love to come back.

Our group of eight stayed for one night. Some parts were modern and others a bit dated, but the place was still well maintained. The landlord was friendly and easy to deal with.

This is our second stay, and we'd happily return again. The accommodation is great and breakfast fantastic. The hostess is very friendly and glad to offer tips for excursions or answer anything else you want to know.

Rustic furnishings and just 400 meters from the ski area. Great value for money, and the landlord was superb.
