Ostseeresidenz Gendarm

It’s quiet and idyllic here, though quite remote, so you’ll need a car or at least a bike to get there. My mother stayed for a few days; I didn’t stay myself. She found the apartments very nice and tidy. There’s a garden with loungers, and breakfast can be booked separately. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating.

We’ve now stayed at the Ostseeresidenz Gendarm three times, and the service keeps impressing us. They fulfilled every request whenever possible. On our last visit I forgot something, and it was sent back to me by mail the very next day. I’ve rarely had service that attentive. The rooms are beautifully furnished and spotless every time. We’ve always had a room with a conservatory, where breakfast can be served in the morning. It’s wonderful. You can also order just bread rolls and bring your own toppings. We’ll definitely return, and I highly recommend a holiday there.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and I’d gladly stay here again. I spent a long weekend there and found it extremely pleasant. It’s a bit remote, so you need a car, though the sea isn’t far away. My apartment had its own kitchen. Breakfast or fresh bread rolls are also available in the morning for a reasonable extra charge.

There’s a lovely garden, and the holiday apartment complex is very nice. It’s only about 5km from the Baltic Sea. Down in the basement, you can book the wellness room by the hour for private use. It has a sauna, whirlpool and loungers.
