After a day of cycling, we enjoyed a generous, very good dinner at the Reuterhaus hotel. The welcome was warm and cheerful, and they helped us find a safe place to park our bicycles. We had a wonderful stay and recommend it.

I stayed for three nights and wouldn’t recommend this place or come back. Check-in took place in a small, messy office, with empty cans and coffee cups on the table. Then someone showed me to the hotel entrance, a back door beside the garbage bins, and I had to find my room on my own. The corridor reeked of cigarettes because employees used that door for smoke breaks and didn’t always go outside to smoke. My room was spacious, but the awful musty smell had me seriously considering another hotel. When I checked out early in the morning, the personnel didn’t speak any English.

We had a clean, nicely decorated room on the second floor, in a historic building right on the main plaza in the center of town. The dining hall’s carved wood decoration is amazing. WiFi was mostly unusable, and rooms facing the main square are noisy.
