We only spent one night here, and it was a great place to stay. The staff were absolutely friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and the service was very good. It’s right in the middle of this beautiful old city.

On a long-distance cycling trip, we found this central hotel ideal for a night in town. The rooms and wifi were great, and there’s a secure garage.

The location was perfect, with private parking, decent wifi, and dogs allowed. Breakfast wasn’t included. The hotel was just OK and felt dated for a four-star place. Our room was spacious but had old furniture. There’s a restaurant on site, though the menu is limited, it’s overpriced, and it’s closed on Mondays. I’d recommend the hotel, but it needs an upgrade and the staff could be a bit more attentive.

10/10
We had spent a month in guesthouses, hotels and hostels, and this was one of the best places we stayed. The rooms were clean and elegant, with high ceilings, and made a perfect spot to work from in Wismar. Food was great, and the service was professional and accommodating. We felt like rich executives being pampered, yet paid more for a budget option nearby that gave us the opposite experience. The value was unbelievably good. We even wondered if our loose grasp of German meant we’d misunderstood and were about to go bankrupt. But no.

A very central hotel, and we couldn’t have been handier for the Christmas market. Our room was spacious, the beds comfortable and the shower great. It had everything we needed.
