My wife, her friend, and I came for dinner one evening and ate in the garden. All three dishes we ordered tasted very good, and the portions were plentiful. The food was fresh and nicely presented. There was a good range of drinks, including some excellent beers. The owners and their family run the hotel and restaurant and treat customers like old friends. I'd highly recommend the restaurant.

The beer garden is especially lovely, and the whole place has a warm, pleasant feel. It’s a family-run establishment, with friendly, capable staff and food that’s both tasty and served in generous portions. Great value for money. I’d happily come back and recommend it.

The people answering the phone were unbelievably rude. They made a fuss, twisted what I said, and asked why I wanted to cherry-pick the best parts. I’ve never had an experience like that. I definitely wouldn’t book or stay there if that’s how the staff treat people.
