We had a great long weekend, from Friday to Monday. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed, and the hostess was lovely. The garden is spacious for the kids, and there’s also an indoor play barn with lots to do. The setting is especially peaceful and beautiful, and Carolinensiel is a charming little village. For an afternoon swim, we went to Nordseetherme Bensersiel, which was a great pool for all ages.

We’ll be back. The apartment is stylish and has a great view, with everything we needed. The Janßen family were friendly and always ready to listen, and they really tried to make sure their guests were comfortable.

We had the large apartment for six and were really pleased with it. It’s in a lovely, quiet spot, and the hosts are warm and welcoming. The place is furnished beautifully while still being practical. There are bikes, a foosball table, badminton and billiards to use, too. We’re already looking forward to another stay at the "Melkstall"!

The landlords seemed very nice and were quite communicative during the stay. Then, a week after our vacation, they unexpectedly left us a review on a booking site that we couldn’t make sense of. We were really surprised and now regret the positive review we had posted there. We won’t make that mistake again.
