I only went for lunch at the restaurant, not to stay at the hotel. The service was very slow. I ordered a seasonal asparagus dish with schnitzel. The asparagus was okay, but the schnitzel wasn't very good. I'd look for somewhere else for lunch.

The hotel is right in the middle of Wolfsburg's shopping area, which is a great location, but my stay was very unpleasant. The Wi-Fi didn't work. Reception suggested another network, and when that failed too, they asked me to bring my laptop down to them. I gave up because it was late and I wasn't in a position to go downstairs with it. The shower door was broken, breakfast was so-so, and at checkout they wouldn't accept American Express, a card that's usually widely accepted at hotels. I won't stay here again.

The staff were friendly and the Wolfsburg location was convenient. But checkout took too long, the breakfast was very basic and not healthy, and the room stayed cold in winter even with the heater on.

I stopped by the cafe, not the hotel. Lovely place to have a beer in the afternoon sun, with great service and a really good sense of humour.
