There are two parking spots by the entrance, though they belong to other people in the building. The nearby no-stopping zone makes unloading awkward, and the free spaces a short walk away are limited to an hour with a parking disc. For longer parking, the first option is about 120 meters away, on the grounds in front of the Augustiner Festhalle, provided there's no event on. Wi-Fi was quick and steady while we were there, though I think the other rooms were empty, so that might change if all four are online. Our room, 101, was clean, and the modern shower room was clean too. The bed was pretty hard without a slatted base, though that's personal preference. The bedside table was tiny and minimal, so we used the desk chair as a place to put things. The biggest issue was the window. It faced a constantly running air conditioner and the kitchen exhaust from the pizzeria downstairs. Apart from Wednesdays, when the restaurant is closed, the fan stayed noisy late into the night, and the air smelled of slightly burnt pizza dough. In the evening it was a choice between a warm, stuffy room or sleeping with the smell and noise. Rooms 102 and 103 face the other way, so they shouldn't have this problem. I can't say how much noise the seasonal beer garden might make. It also took some getting used to the wall-mounted slot in the hall that turns on the electricity when you insert the room key. When we took the key out, almost everything went off, apart from an outlet by the window and the TV. I had to bring the key downstairs to open the front door, which meant my wife had no light on her way to the bathroom and the bathroom fan didn't work. We had to coordinate her bathroom trips and exits carefully. 😉
