The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were soft, as is typical in Europe. The air conditioner didn't work very well, so I opened the windows to enjoy the cool September air. The hotel is near major attractions.

The place was a real shock and disappointment. Neither the room nor the hotel looked like what we'd expected from the pictures on Booking.com, and there was absolutely no service. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

We liked it so much that we stayed two nights instead of the one we'd booked. The friendly, charming proprietors are there doing everything themselves, and it's clear they take pride in their work and hotel. It's right in the center of town, and the bar and cafe they run downstairs are a lovely bonus.

The location is excellent, and I'd definitely come back. The room was a little dusty, so I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could.

From the owner to breakfast, we had a great experience. The owner was friendly, helpful, and fun to chat with, and breakfast was very good. The hotel overlooks the main square.
