The food was outstanding, with wonderful flavours and presentation. We had a lovely evening, and the service was warm and always came with a smile.

Really good food, and the wines were good too.
10/10
We had nothing to fault. The dishes were cooked just right and felt like a real culinary treat, while the wine pairing advice was top-notch. Service was attentive and courteous throughout. The menu was spot on, and the star rating is well deserved. Highly recommended.
8/10
Our special requests were handled brilliantly, including a vegetarian menu and a lactose-free option, and the service was fantastic. The cooking was technically very good, using high-quality ingredients in a traditional style. Modern techniques and imaginative ideas weren’t really the focus, which was fine. Still, one main course fell short of what I’d expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. It seemed to have a very bland Thai curry base, with a vegetable mix like something from a delivery service, plus a generous serving of white fish and deep-fried, or maybe just fried, sushi rice. The flavours didn’t fit together at all, in a bad way.

Everything from the food to the service was perfect. The dishes and their wines were all superb. If you want something special, this is a fantastic restaurant. We’ll come back on our next trip to Föhr. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
