We could walk to everything easily from the apartment. It was spotless, and breakfast was good, with coffee available throughout the day. There’s also a lovely garden to sit in when the weather’s nice. The only thing for us was that the landlady could be a little pushy.

The owners took such loving care of us, and their family dog was wonderfully well-behaved. This old country house has a charm of its own, with a slightly magical feel. The rooms are modern and kept in lovely condition. We’d be happy to return.

The location in Xanten is fantastic. It’s very clean and personal, with rustic decor that’s still tasteful. It felt more like staying in an Airbnb. Easily the best place to stay in town!

We felt right at home in this small, family-run country house. The rooms were very well cared for, and breakfast was delicious and presented with a lot of love. I’d happily recommend it.

Really lovely room, and not far from the city center. The landlady was sweet, very friendly and accommodating. Would come back.
