Landhotel-Restaurant Schwalbennest

I was there for five nights after my company booked the room, and the food was delicious and affordable. That's the one part I'd give credit for, but the rest of my stay was disappointing. My room was very small, including the bed, which was placed right against the wall. I kept bumping into it when turning over in my sleep. At check-in, I was only given limited Wi-Fi access. When I asked the owner for access for my tablet and extra phone, she didn't treat me properly. There was no hand wash in the bathroom, and one section of the little table by the bed was taken up by books, which might suit book lovers but left little room for a basic necessity. It was hot, and there was no fan, so I had to open the window. Staff came every day for six days to replace towels and make the bed, but the room itself was never cleaned. Dust from the window was on everything. There's no dinner on Monday, and with no market nearby, you may need to order food online, so check ahead. My overall experience wasn't good. Three stars for the food.
