Coming back to Zingst after so many years was a real pleasure. The pier is striking, and walking along it was lovely. I especially enjoyed sitting in a wind-sheltered beach chair and looking out at the sea, even when the breeze was strong. The beach promenade is easy to stroll, with plenty of greenery and no need to push through crowds of tourists. I enjoyed the visit very much.
It's a charming little town, though clearly set up for tourists. Stay a bit away from the center and it's very quiet. Make sure to stop at the Kochwerk restaurant!
Cozy place, with tasty restaurants. You can get around easily on foot.
Zingst is still our favorite place, and it will stay that way. See you next year!
