We felt comfortable in this lovely apartment, which is also very central. There are several things that could make a stay better, though. We found two coffee machines, both broken: one had no filter insert, and the other's spout was damaged. I can't say what happened in the apartment, but the guestbook mentions recurring issues with the furnishings going back to 2020.
Great location and a very nice apartment with almost everything you'd need. A microwave would be a welcome addition.
Everything went smoothly, from booking through check-in to leaving. The apartment was nicely furnished and centrally located.
We still enjoyed the holiday, though there were a few disappointments with the apartment. It was generally good, but the cleaning could've been better, the mattresses need replacing, the balcony was dirty, and the bedsheets had tears.
The apartment photos on Booking.com don't match its condition at all. We wouldn't book Apartment No. 10 again, especially since there are better options in the building and in Zings for the same price. The balcony was unusable, both because it was dirty and because of its condition. There was a parasol stand but no parasol. Inside, the cutlery drawer even had breadcrumbs, and the vacuum was so full it barely worked. We paid €173 for final cleaning, yet the apartment was dirtier when we arrived than after we swept it before leaving, as required. The TV only had five channels because the HD card was missing. The washing machine was broken, so doing laundry wasn't possible.
