Captain's Lounge

The price doesn't really match what you get. There was a fireplace in the living and kitchen area, but no wood to burn in it. The sauna is lovely, though some instructions on using it would've helped. One room had no wardrobe, so we had to keep our things in suitcases.

The landlord was very friendly and helpful, and everything is just a few minutes' walk away. The house itself was spotless, quiet, and spacious, with great furnishings and a kitchen stocked with what we needed. There were fly screens on the relevant windows. The garden shed had a large parasol, several loungers, and a handcart. The property is only partly fenced, so a portable fence would be handy for dog owners. We brought our own, which worked fine. We were very happy and would come back. And the sauna speaks for itself ;-P

The location is great, close to Edeka, a bakery, the shopping street, the harbor, and restaurants. We had seven people here for New Year's Eve, grilling, enjoying the sauna, having meals, and playing games. Everything worked out perfectly, and we'd gladly stay again. There was plenty of wardrobe and storage space, and with two bathrooms we never had to queue. The house is very well equipped for six or seven people. Although it lists a capacity of eight, that only really works if at least two are children.

It was very clean, and there was easy parking for two cars. The five of us had enough room.
