Traumzeit 1 is at the end of the street, so it feels quite private. It’s a two-floor house in good condition, looked after by the local property management company. Dogs are welcome. We couldn’t use the garden at that time of year, but the house had plenty to keep us comfortable. The sauna is in the shower room upstairs, and we used it every day. There are two bedrooms with enough room for four people, and one has a massage chair that’s especially nice after a sauna. There’s also another room on the second floor that could sleep, for example, two children. Like the bedrooms, it has a TV. All the TVs have internet access, so Netflix films and series are available whenever you want. Downstairs, there’s a laundry room with a washer and dryer, handy for doing laundry and packing less. The first bathroom has a toilet and whirlpool tub. The kitchen has the utensils needed for everyday cooking, though we’d also suggest a meal at Zingster Stuben. The beach is about an 8-minute walk away. The owners were open, friendly, and accommodating. The key handover without contact worked perfectly. With the house’s amenities, it seems well suited to a holiday in any season. We’d highly recommend it and will definitely come back. Best regards

The beach and harbor were both about a 10-minute walk away, and we really liked the location. The house was very nice and had almost everything needed for a family holiday. We especially enjoyed the sauna, fireplace, and massage chair. There were a few small things that could be better: some items were missing from the kitchen and utility room, like a mop and chopping board; a few walls could use fresh paint; and the shower drain sometimes smelled bad.

The town center was just 3-5 minutes away on foot, with shops, restaurants, and a bakery, and we reached the beach in about 7-10 minutes. We were a group of six staying in Zingst for a week and would highly recommend this holiday home. It’s modern, comfortable, quiet, and new, in excellent condition. We were thrilled and will definitely be back next year :-)

The massage chair was a real highlight, and being so close to the town center was great. Still, the state of the house was awful. We have pets and aren't especially fussy, but the dirt and lack of upkeep were beyond what we could accept. There were stains from squashed insects all over the walls and ceiling, holes in the sheets, and a thick layer of dust on the box spring bed. Dust had collected in the hallway, the upstairs shower head was completely green, and the guest toilet had no soap. When we switched on the living room lamps, their shades were covered in dirt and insects. There was even sticky residue on the leather sofa from the previous guests. We called management. A young man arrived and seemed hesitant. We said we'd take the dog for a walk while someone came to clean and replace the sheets, but he just gave the sofa a quick wipe with our sponge. He said it was because of Corona and they didn't have enough staff, or the right kind of staff. That's not acceptable. We'd looked forward to Traumzeit 1 in Zingst because the description promised a high-quality, elegant holiday home. It must once have been a lovely place, and could be a dream retreat again with proper staff and a renovation, but right now cleanliness and maintenance are a disaster.
