I loved how peaceful it was, and the parking was great. The apartment itself was lovely, right behind the dam. I’d head out for a morning run and pick up fresh rolls from the bakery along the way. Really nice.

There was plenty of room for us, with two bedrooms and double beds, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus another toilet across the way. The kitchen had a microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. Underfloor heating and Wi-Fi worked throughout, and I felt comfortable there. Everything I needed was provided, including parking right outside. The decor didn’t look as good as it did in the older photos, though I suspect some guests like to bring things along. The bathroom heater looked a bit old but still worked. There was a small storage room with a clothes rack, broom, vacuum, and dustpan. We also had a dish towel, two dishwasher tablets, a cloth, and dish soap, as well as plenty of hand soap and toilet paper. I especially liked the sauna and outdoor area. The location and view were great, and I’d book it again.

It’s a lovely, very quiet spot, but the apartment itself is in poor shape and really needs investment. A lot of it feels run-down and dirty. The bathroom radiator, beach chair, door handle, and pillows are among the problems.

The location is great, and the apartment could be nice, but the cleanliness was unacceptable. There was an old pair of pantyhose in the closet, and old cobwebs and lint under the beds and wardrobe. The kitchen sink was unpleasant, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for months. I’ve included photos. When I called, the property management was very unfriendly. They didn’t reply to my later complaint, or even apologize. It’s a real shame. My review never appeared on the Zingst und Mee(h)r website, which speaks volumes. Also, most of the issues raised in the Zingst und Mee(h)r review dated October 2, 2023, still haven’t been fixed.

There’s a terrace with seating and a beach chair, plus a combined kitchen and living room in an American style. The ground-floor place has two bedrooms, two good toilets, and a shower. It’s wheelchair accessible, with parking right in front of the house. Edeka is about 500 meters away at the roundabout. A lovely place for the whole family.
